The sun sets and finally sinks into Aegean sea, offering a synthesis of unique colors of the red palette. The dominant color is porfyro (Purpura), which inspired us when we named this maisonette. Designed with respect to bioclimatic architecture, and combining the elements of wood and stone, Porfyro is situated on the lower level of the complex with many windows and an entrance 2 steps below the ground level.
It consists of:
- Living room-dining room with windows, sofa which converts to a double bed, ceiling fan, dining table for 4 and TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop and oven, refrigerator-freezer, coffee-maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a full set of kitchen utensils
- Bedroom with double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), window and ceiling fan
- Bathroom with built-in shower stall.
The apartment doesn’t have a balcony.
